This notice covers the work email address left on modelpru.com to be told when the site opens. It is the only personal data the page asks for.

who holds it

Modelpru is operated by Insight Regulatory Consulting Ltd., a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 08509165), whose registered office is at 115c Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 1XE. Insight Regulatory Consulting Ltd. is the data controller.

what is collected

• The work email address entered in the form.
• Technical details sent with it: the IP address the request came from, the browser user-agent string, and the time it was received.

why, and on what basis

The address is used only to send one message, when the site opens. It is not used for anything else, not added to any other list, not sold and not passed to anyone for their own marketing.

Lawful basis: consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by entering the address and asking to be told. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by asking for the address to be deleted (Article 7(3)); withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.

who else handles it

The form handler runs on the site's own web hosting. Each submission is stored there and emailed to Insight Regulatory's own mailbox. The web host and the email provider process it on Insight Regulatory's behalf. No third-party form service or CRM is used.

The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives the visitor's IP address and browser details, and may process them in the United States. Google does not receive the email address. The page sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

how long it is kept

The address and its technical details are kept until the one message has been sent, and are deleted from the hosting and the mailbox within 30 days after that. They are deleted sooner on request.

rights

Subject to applicable law, there are rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal data, and to data portability (UK GDPR Articles 15 to 21). Requests are answered within one month, extendable by two further months for complex or numerous requests, with notice given within the first month (Article 12(3)). There is normally no charge.

There is also a right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
